This pneumatically-powered cutter makes short work of potatoes with little to no effort at all. All a user needs to do is place the potato up to the blade and close the clear polycarbonate guard and the cutter automatically cuts the potato in the blink of an eye. The stainless steel blades have excellent edge retention to allow for easy cutting over long periods. Blades are easily replaced thanks to the modular cartridge blade assembly

The body features cast aluminum and stainless steel construction to make sure it’s up to the task of years of hard use in a commercial environment.
