This Commercial French Fry Cutter is designed to effortlessly process up to 720 potatoes per hour, that’s one potato every 15 seconds! The 4-¼” sq. cutting area is designed to accept the largest potatoes while the blade is designed to produce ¼” cuts.

Thanks to the pneumatically driven cutter, users can easily process large batches of potatoes into french fries without breaking a sweat. A potato is easily loaded by opening the clear polycarbonate guard and placing it up against the blade. Once the guard is closed the pneumatic ram quickly cuts the potato creating perfectly cut french fries. The extremely sharp blades are made from stainless steel for easy cleaning and excellent edge retention. Blades are easily replaced thanks to the modular cartridge blade assembly. The body of this model is made from extremely durable and corrosion-resistant cast aluminum and stainless steel to make sure it will last for several years in a commercial kitchen.
