One of our favorite pieces of equipment we have ever tried in the kitchen. It has been super helpful for us, we use it to core and slice so much apples in a day and the blades don't take a hit at all they're still very sharp.

We came across this fascinating apple corer at a fair and thought we'd have one in our home. With this machine we now tend to eat more apples than we used to because now they're not much of a hassle to slice and get the core out. It's amazing. The only complaint I have is I have a hard time cleaning it but it's not much of a deal-breaker.
