Easy Commercial Slicer™ Shredder, shreds carrots, cabbage, lettuce, cheese, potatoes, 5/16", stainless steel blade, for use with Nemco removable mounting base, NSF
Standard Features:
Easy Slicer is the one slicer you need to make fast, easy work of most fruits and vegetables. Unique, adjustable, stainless steel blade provides a full range of slicing options, from 1/16-inch to 1/2-inch in thickness, for extra versatility and convenience. Simply turn the thumbscrew control to lock in your setting on the easy-to-read calibrated gauge. Use with NEMCO mounting base 55816 (sold separately) for a secure workstation, plus easy removal for cleaning and storage. Fixed cut models also available. Optional shredding plates fit all units.

This slicer works great and is versatile. Easy removal for fast cleaning. I needed to replace some parts as my staff didn’t maintain the shredder the way it should. If take care properly it would serve long.

I highly recommend this shredder as it works amazing. The blade can be adjusted from 1/16-inch to 1/2-inch in thickness. For the operation, preset the thickness you need and enjoy wonderful slices.
You’ll definitely save a lot of time with this tool.
