This Nemco cutter is not too easy for a beginner to use but with enough times you get used to it more and more. The curly fries come out a bit thinner than I expected but it's not that big of a deal. Also you have to screw it to a surface so it doesn't move around while in use.Recommended Product

This is a great slicer that makes great curly fries. We had a Nemco spiral cutter for our restaurant before this, we've used it so much that the handle finally broke down. This new one we bought was a replacement. You can get separate parts though not directly from Nemco. A lot of stores online offer them.Recommended Product

A very sturdy and well-made cutter from Nemco. A commercial-type machine but I bought for use at home. I find that they last longer than home-type ones. It's pricey but it's worth the money as it performs well and cuts through potatoes perfectly. It's very easy to clean too. One thing is if you purchase one of these you have to mount it to a base or surface with screws.Recommended Product
