• High capacity - Wheeled stainless steel basket has clearances of 50-1/2” W x 26” D (1280 x 670mm). Supplied sheet pan insert holds 11 sheet pans per cycle. One additional insert is optional for a full capacity of 22 sheet pans per cycle.
