Specifications:
Shall be of stainless steel construction. Universal models hold 20" x 22" (510 x 560 mm), 18" x 26" (457 x 660 mm) and 14" x 18" (356 x 457 mm) pans and trays. Sheet Pans models hold 18" x 26" (457 x 660 mm) pans and trays. Welded tubular base frame shall be 1” square, heavy gauge stainless steel tubing, with 10-gauge stainless steel reinforcing plates at corners. High density fiberglass insulated door. Door shall be attached to cabinet with heavy-duty lift-off hinges, which provide for 270° swing and be held open by magnetic door latch. Each door has paddle latch. Cabinet has recessed handles. Bottom corner bumpers shall be standard. Polyurethane tire casters in a configuration of two (2) rigid, and two (2) swivel with brake. Casters shall have a reinforced yoke welded to 10-gauge caster mounting plate. The caster mounting plate shall be secured to a 10-gauge stainless steel reinforcing stress plate via welded in place stainless steel studs. The reinforcing stress plates shall be welded to the heavy gauge tubular frame of the unit.
