The Hobart HL800C-1STD planetary mixer is specifically designed for use in correctional facilities. This is a high-production unit with an 80-quart capacity and a powerful 3 HP motor. You can switch between four (4) speeds plus a stir speed on the fly so you can enjoy total control and flexibility to perfect your recipes. Plus, you can take advantage of the 20-minute SmartTimer to increase accuracy and prevent overmixing. The gear-driven transmission helps the unit perform reliably under heavy load applications. The mixer includes an 80 qt. stainless steel bowl (with power bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), "B" beater, "ED" dough hook, and bowl truck. This model requires a 200-240v/50/60Hz/3-ph electrical connection.
