Engineered to keep up with day-to-day food prep projects, the Hobart HL300-4STD commercial planetary mixer has a 3/4 hp motor that operates at three (3) fixed speeds with reliable performance boosted by the gear-driven transmission. This mixer features a 15-minute SmartTimer™ for enhanced precision in every batch. The package includes a #12 taper hub, a 30 qt. stainless steel bowl (with manual bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), aluminum "B" beater, and stainless steel "D" wire whip. It uses a voltage of 200-240v/50/60Hz/1-ph electrical connection. Complete your prep station with our top-of-the-line commercial mixers and food preparation equipment.
