Powered by a heavy-duty 5 HP motor, the Hobart HL1400-70STD commercial planetary mixer can make quick work of up to 140 quarts of ingredients. This unit has a gear-driven transmission that promises consistent motor speed for high-quality results. The mixer can operate at four (4) speeds plus a stir speed that you can activate as needed. And with the assistance of a 50-minute SmartTimer™, you can make the best recipes with accuracy and flexibility. The 140-quart stainless steel bowl of this model features a power bowl lift design and safety interlocks that ensure your safety and proper operation. This unit includes an aluminum "B" beater, stainless steel "D" wire whip, "ED" dough hook, and stainless steel ingredient chute. It requires a 400v/50Hz/3-ph electrical connection.
