I bought this food warmer to hot hold nuggets and french fries for my small food establishment in a theme park. It works okay,but I was planning on using two pans to hold nuggets and fries separately. I didn't know however, that only the back half of the warmer would keep the food as hot as I needed it. The front part is more of a dump space then it is a spot to actually keep the food at the proper temperature.
