Hatco GRCDH-2P Glo-Ray Designer Heated Display Case with Humidity

With the GRCDH-2P heated display case, you can be confident that your customers can enjoy delicious food that has that just-cooked quality no matter the time of the day. This unit uses both heat and moisture to keep the food hot without drying or shrinking it. It has a large 30 by 21" heated base that heats at 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be adjusted via the thermostatic controls. Humidity at 10 to 30 percent can be introduced into the display case. To achieve even heating, this unit also has infrared heating at the top with pre-focused heat patterns.

The case is enclosed in glass for a full view of the food, with the curved front creating a more sleek appearance that will look stellar on your countertop. It can also be tilted forward for a thorough scrubbing. The stainless steel adds to the heated merchandiser’s sleek look while also making it stronger and easier to keep clean. The incandescent lighting lights up the interior to make everything easily visible and irresistible to look at. Hatco’s unique cool base technology keeps the heat transfer to a minimum so that the temperature inside the case is consistent. 

The GRCDH-2P heated display case has 4" adjustable legs so the pans can be viewed better while making the space underneath more accessible for cleaning. This is a USA-made unit approved for commercial use by cULus and UL EPH Classified. It is supplied with a 6' cord and plug and is customizable with various finishes and optional accessories.
