Hatco CSCL-PAN stainless steel Custom drip pan(20"" x 26-3/4"" x 1"")

I need a drip tray to recess into a counter I will build with dimensions anywhere near 10 foot and ten inches x 5' by 1" with drains connected into a single drain. I am looking for the lowest quality with lowest cost, but want it to look ok for our restaurant and satisfy the health dept., etc. Please send pricing and time till receipt as we need this yesterday :) (ASAP). We will be using this to catch snowball syrups from do-it-yourself dispensing no different than beer taps. I would like to flush mount into a custom built cabinet I will make in front of our do-it-yourself wall we are building but am open to easier-less expensive alternatives.
