Globe SP60 Description
The SP60 is a gear-driven unit with a high torque transmission featuring heat-treated and hardened steel gears and shafts. This floor mixer easily mixes all types of products and has outstanding reliability. The mixer’s rigid cast iron body will make sure this unit will last for many years. This mixer comes complete with a 60-quart stainless steel bowl, flat beater, wire whip, spiral dough hook and bowl truck. It also has a high-quality stainless steel bowl guard that is easy to attach/remove. The bowl guard is interlocking for safety and easy cleaning.
This floor mixer has a powerful 3 HP custom-built motor that can be ordered with a 220/60/1-ph 23.0 amp configuration or 208/60/3-ph 9 amp configuration. Its digital controls (with 60 minute timer and last batch recall) are conveniently mounted at the front.
