Globe PF16E Description
The Globe PF16E Fryer is an electrically powered single fry pot counter model with 16 lbs of oil capacity capable of frying 25 lbs of food per hour. The unit features a control box that houses the thermostat and heating elements. The entire assembly swings upward for cleaning and to allow the removable fry pot to be lifted out of the unit. For precise temperature control, this unit uses a thermostat that can maintain temperatures from 70˚F to 375˚F. For safety, a high-temperature thermal limit controller will automatically shut the unit off.
Two nickel-plated fry baskets featuring insulated handles are included with this unit as well as a 4-foot power cord with a 6-20P plug, allowing it to be used right away. This model comes in two power configurations, 208v/60/1-ph with an output of 2,900W at 13.9 amps and 240v/60/1-ph with an output of 3,800W at 15.8 amps.
