Globe GSM130 Description
The Globe GSM130 Spiral Mixer features all-metal construction with an FDA approved white powder coat that’s meant to last. This unit has 2 fixed speeds with manual and automatic controls. The dual 20-minute electronic timer allows for a seamless transition from 1st to 2nd speed. This mixer features two motors a 3/4 HP bowl motor that runs at 35 RPM and the dough hook shifts between 2 HP at 104 RPM and 4 HP at 208RPM. Both motors are high-torque and feature a ball bearing bowl drive for durability. Both motors are totally enclosed and fan-cooled.
A sturdy stainless steel bowl guard keeps users safe while the unit is in operation while providing direct visual contact to the product The bowl guard also allows for ingredients to be easily added to the product being mixed. To make the entire unit mobile, front and rear casters are included.
This spiral mixer uses 208v/60/3-ph power at 23.0 amps.
