The Globe FS12 Traditional Premium Flywheel Slicer is a blast from the past. A tried and tested design from the old world built with modern materials and manufacturing techniques. This beautiful piece of machinery achieves a perfect balance between form and function that will really give a deli or restaurant a distinct and fully functional centerpiece. 

These manually operated Fly Wheel Slicers do not need electricity to run, all they need is good old-fashioned elbow grease, but not to worry, the large flywheel has very low-resistance and is geared perfectly for superior speed control making it easy to use. The traditional hollow ground chrome-plated 14” knife is made from high carbon steel providing an incredibly sharp edge with very little resistance. This blade is sharp enough to make tissue-thin cuts that leave meat nearly transparent. Slice adjustment has 9 settings allowing for cuts as thick as 3/32”. 

Although this unit features a traditional design, it has modern safety and sanitation standards covered. All parts are easy to service and clean.
