Globe C12 Description
The Globe C12 Food Slicer is a light-duty rated model for up to 1 hour of slicing per day. This compact unit features Italian space-saving design and is perfect for smaller operations that want to serve thinly sliced meat The hollow ground 12” blade is hard chromed and made of a special alloy that provides a resilient edge that is easy to sharpen. The ⅓ HP motor delivers power to the blade through a dependable belt drive system. The motor is fan-cooled and features permanently lubricated ball bearings for efficient operation. Reliable Electric Food Slicers from Globe can be a great addition to your establishment.
The slice control allows for slices up to 9/16” thick and the carriage is designed to hold product up to 8.6” long and 9.75” wide or 8” in diameter. The food chute, knife cover, and slice deflector are easy to remove for regular cleaning. Sealed splash zones provide protection to the electronics while making the unit easier to keep sanitary.
This slicer comes with a 5-½-foot power cable that terminates in a NEMA 5-15 plug for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity.
