The Glastender ST48-S Flat Top Bottle Cooler is a two-door mid-sized unit that can hold up to 330 long neck bottles. This unit can be used as the primary back bar cooler or a secondary unit that prechills bottles before they’re transferred into a display cooler to make sure bottles are always served cold.

Bottles are accessed through two sliding doors that stay out of the way and don’t need to be propped open. The doors come standard with locks so you can be sure all your bottles are safe. You can keep bottles organized and from getting damaged with the 2 included vertical wire partitions.

This unit keeps bottles between 34ºF and 40ºF with its self-contained ⅙ HP refrigeration unit capable of 1,840 BTU/hr of heat rejection and 1,300 BTU/hr refrigeration capacity. The fin and tube evaporator uses forced air circulation with 4.41 oz of non-toxic, ozone safe R290 refrigerant.

Cleaning the interior is easy with the stainless steel construction and radiused corners. Automatic defrosting means less maintenance and downtime while an automatic condensate evaporator removes the need for any plumbing.

The overall external dimensions of this unit are 34” in height, 24” front-to-back, and 48” in width.  The 48” width allows this unit’s front to be flush with Glastender underbar equipment. The effective internal dimensions are 31-⅛” in width, 20” front-to-back, and 27-11/16” in height. The doors, top, front, sides, back, and interior are all made from durable stainless steel while the base is made from galvanized steel.

3-¾” casters can be ordered separately if you want this unit to be easily moved. For extra height and access below the unit, 6” legs can be ordered.

This unit uses standard 120v/60/1-ph power and draws 4.5 amps at full load. We recommend that this unit is supplied with its own dedicated 15 amp circuit through its 9-foot grounded cord with a NEMA 5-15P connector. The power cord exits from the rear left of the unit.
