This self-contained stainless steel finished model has two convenient sliding covers that effortlessly glide over PVC breaker strips. The breaker strips also act as a thermal barrier to maintain the internal temperature. This unit is capable of chilling 147 pint glasses that are 3-½” diameter by 5-⅞” tall on its two shelves and bottom rack.
The unit features automatic defrosting every eight hours or a manual setting for a six-hour defrost cycle. No plumbing is necessary with this unit thanks to its automatic evaporator. A ⅓ HP cooling unit using 404A refrigerant provides 2,907 BTU/hr of heat rejection keeping the unit between 12ºF and 35ºF.
The external dimensions of this unit are 36” in width, 24” front to back and 34” in height. This unit does not come shipped with legs but with the inclusion of the 6” leg kit, this unit will sit flush with the backsplashes of other Glastender underbar equipment with its 37” total height. The Commercial Glass Frosters built by Glastender are designed for demanding commercial applications to make sure they keep working without any issues.
Power is supplied to the unit with a 6-foot grounded cord with a standard NEMA 5-16P plug and draws 7.1 amps at full load. The unit comes in two different power configurations 120v/60//1-ph and 220v/50/1-ph.
