Glastender C-MFT-8 Description
The Glastender C-MFT-8 CHOICE Underbar Mixology Unit is the perfect unit when space in your underbar setup is at a premium and you just can’t spare an inch. This unit does not have any mounting points for legs and cannot be used on its own. It needs to be mounted between two other 24” deep Glastender CHOICE underbar units. Add On Units, like this model from Glastender, are an easy way to expand the capabilities of your underbar setup without taking up space.
This 8” wide, 18” deep (includes backsplash), and 24” front to back unit includes three tools to cater to your mixology needs.
Keeping your mixology tools clean is simple with the integrated 6” diameter dipper well and integrated cold water faucet. Mixer cans are conveniently rinsed using a push-down rinser to prevent taste transfer from one drink to the next. A 7-½” x 7-½” cutting board is securely held in place for preparing garnishes and can be removed easily for cleaning.
This unit has a 4” tall backsplash that allows it to perfectly match adjacent Glastender CHOICE underbar equipment while offering ample protection to the wall behind the unit. Two ⅜” cold water sink leads are necessary for the dipper well faucet and rinser faucet. Drainage is connected through a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain. This unit is 20 gauge stainless steel from top to bottom to make sure it can stand up to years of commercial use.
The Glastender C-MFT-8 CHOICE Underbar Mixology Unit has received certification from ETL-Sanitation and all faucets meet NSF/ANSI 61, Annex G standards.
