Glastender C-IB-38X24 Description
The Glastender C-IB-38X24 CHOICE Underbar Pass Thru Ice Bin provides access to ice for bartenders and servers. This streamlines ice delivery as ice can be continuously loaded into the bin by the bartender or a bar back.
This ice bin holds 175 lbs in its 22” wide, 36” front-to-back, and 10-½” storage well. Ice is kept solid for as long as possible with a PVC plastic breaker strip that acts as a thermal barrier and foamed-in-place CFC-free insulation. The drainage of meltwater is through a 1-½” tailpiece.
As the name implies, this unit is meant to be installed to pass through the bar and into the server side. The overall external dimensions are 30” in height, 38” front-to-back, and 24” in width. The 30” worktop height makes it an easy fit with other Glastender CHOICE underbar equipment.
The unit is made from extremely durable 20 gauge stainless steel which won’t easily dent, scratch or bend even in the most demanding commercial environments. Four 16” long 16 gauge stainless steel legs 1-⅝” in diameter support the weight of the unit and all the ice. Keeping the unit level is achieved with simple height adjustable thermoplastic bullet feet.
