The Glastender BDS Bottle Disintegration System reduces the volume of your glass waste by safely shattering glass bottles into tiny shards. Glass waste volume can be reduced by 85% which can lower disposal fees and lowering the amount of space you need to dedicate to waste glass storage. The unique Underbar Bottle Units offered by Glastender make it simple to store empty bottles for disposal.

This unit is designed to handle liquor bottles up to 14” in length and 4” in diameter.

To ensure the unit is operated safely interlock switches in this unit will shut down operation if the front access door is open or if the bucket is not in place. A multilevel baffle system in the feed chute further enhances safety by preventing glass from escaping while the unit is in operation.

When the unit is operating it is no louder than a standard blender, this coupled with its small 22” front-to-back and 20” wide footprint makes it easy to integrate the 38” high unit into an underbar setup for convenient waste glass management.  The 20 gauge stainless steel exterior of this unit also matches Glastender underbar equipment making it a perfect match.

Two  4-gallon buckets come with this unit each can store 43 lbs of glass waste which is around four cases of long neck beer bottles. Locking casters allow this unit to be moved for cleaning.

This unit has a 9-foot grounded cord with a standard NEMA 5-15P plug, draws 9.0 amps and comes with three power options: 120v/60/1-ph, 220v/50/1-ph, and 220v/60/1-ph.
