The Frymaster FPGL330CA gas multiple-battery fryer from the OCF30 line is an ENERGY STAR-approved cooking workhorse equipped with three (3) 30-lb frypots with the production capacity of Commercial Deep Fryers double its size for 40% less oil consumption! Each frypot, available in full or split design, has an output of 70,000btu/hr with a spacious 13" x 14" x 3-3/4" cooking area and twin baskets to keep up with a varied menu.

The frypots, door, and cabinet sides boast a stainless steel construction invulnerable to rust and corrosion for long-lasting durability and easy maintenance. The SMART4U 3000 controller on this open-pot fryer has 20 programmable buttons and even auto-adjusts cook time based on load size. The fryer cools down the frypots during standby to save more energy. The center-mounted RTD 1° action thermostat should give you pinpoint temperature readings so you can cook everything to perfection.

This commercial deep fryer has a filtration system stowed in the battery for your ultimate convenience! The rear oil flush draws the oil from the back to the front for easy retrieval. A drain safety switch is included while the levers feature recessed handles located inside the cabinet so you won’t have to worry about accidentally triggering filtration.

The Frymaster FPGL330CA OCF30 gas fryer also includes rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and a filter starter kit. It has CSA and NSF certifications for guaranteed high quality and safe commercial use. Adjustable casters come standard in this unit.
