This ENERGY STAR-rated open-pot fryer features two (2) 30-lb frypots that can match the production capacity of Commercial Deep Fryers with double the tank size and with 40% less oil! This oil-conserving feature lessens oil consumption and waste while still giving you the power you need to produce high-quality food! Each frypot has an output of 70,000 BTU per hour with a perfect setup for varied menu cooking--a spacious 13" x 14" x 3.75" cooking area and twin baskets!

The frypots, door, and cabinet sides of this commercial deep fryer are all made of stainless steel that won’t easily corrode and rust. The SMART4U 3000 controller has 20 programmable buttons and even auto-adjusts cook time based on load size. The fryer cools down the frypots during standby to save more energy. The center-mounted RTD 1° action thermostat should give you pinpoint temperature readings so you can cook everything to perfection.

This deep fryer has a filtration system stowed in the battery for your ultimate convenience! The rear oil flush draws the oil from the back to the front for easy retrieval. A drain safety switch is included while the levers feature recessed handles located inside the cabinet so you won’t have to worry about accidentally triggering filtration.
