To meet this demand, a high capacity Commercial Coffee Maker that is designed for maritime use like the IP44-62H-30 (C62216MIP) IP44 Maritime Series Coffee Brewer from FETCO is an invaluable tool. This brewer accepts two thermal servers at a time and can produce up to 513 (12 oz.) servings of coffee per hour.

The brewing cycle is controlled with a simple twist handle that starts and stops brewing. Hot water for pour-over coffee or tea is available on-demand via the manual faucet. The thermal servers that this brewer can use are the FETCO TPD-30 which are sold separately.

The three 3.0 kW heaters inside this brewer quickly bring water to the right temperature to start brewing pronto. Up to 22.5-24.0 gallons of water can be heated per hour. This model is wired to use 380-400v 3-phase power and has a maximum current draw of 11.7-12.3 amps.
