The CBS-72AC (C72038) 7000 Series Coffee Brewer from FETCO that is an easy pick for large establishments that need strategically placed high-capacity thermal servers that can provide hot coffee at a moment’s notice. This Commercial Coffee Maker uses mobile carts to easily move its thermal servers and can produce up to 640 (12 oz.) cups of coffee every hour.

To maintain consistency between large batches this brewer has easy to use controls that users can use to fully customize the brewing process. Once the recipe has been perfected it can be saved for easy push-button operation which is easily repeatable. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your coffee beans, this brewer has a large spray pan to provide superior saturation of the coffee bed. This brewer features steam control which virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation thanks to the steam containing brew compartment. This coffee brewer is designed to accept FETCO LBD-6C, LBD-18, and LBD-24 thermal servers and must be purchased separately.

The water in this brewer is heated by six 5.0 kW heaters. 54.0-60.0 gallons of heated water can be processed by this unit per hour. This unit is designed to use 120/208-240v 3-phase power and draws 63.2-72.9 amps at peak output.
