Providing hot tasty-coffee on tap in multiple locations at a large facility can be a real challenge. The FETCO CBS-72AC (C72018) 7000 Series Coffee Brewer is designed to meet these challenges head-on by holding large-capacity thermal servers on mobile carts that can be easily moved to where they’re needed. The thermal servers keep coffee hot for hours without needing power making them easy to position. This coffee brewer is designed to produce up to 640 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour to keep up with demand.

The simple controls on this coffee maker allow operators to fine-tune the recipe for their brew. Once set the brewer will consistently produce great-tasting coffee. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your coffee beans, this brewer has a large spray pan to provide superior saturation of the coffee bed. Steam is prevented from escaping from this unit by the steam control in the brew compartment. This virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. The thermal servers are sold separately for this coffee brewer and it is designed to use FETCO LBD-6C, LBD-18, and LBD-24 containers.

Water is heated by six 5.0 kW heaters inside this brewer. 24.0-36.0 gallons of water can be heated per hour to keep up with demand. This Commercial Coffee Machine model is wired to use 120/208-240v 3-phase power and has a maximum current draw of 31.9-36.8 amps.
