The Electrolux Professional 504280 (EHT8IELG8) Dishwasher is a ventless hood type unit capable of washing 63 racks or 1,134 dishes per hour. 

This Commercial Dishwasher features built-in programming with its state-of-the-art electronic controls for easy use. A self-diagnosis system allows for simple troubleshooting and servicing. The automatic rinse-down cycle makes sure the unit is always kept clean and ready for service. The unit has three (3) cycle length times 57 seconds, 84 seconds, and 150 seconds. A soft start feature allows more delicate items to be washed. This dishwasher features slanted stainless steel wash arms along with a sloped ceiling that prevents detergent-filled water from dropping onto clean dishes after rinsing has been completed. Dirt traps are completely eliminated by the seamlessly welded, water-tight  6.4-gallon tank.

Water, detergent, and rinse aid consumption are kept to a minimum by only using ½ a gallon of water for each rack. A unique temperature interlock makes sure that water temperatures for the wash and rinse cycles reach the proper temperatures. A built-in atmospheric booster raises incoming cold water to 180°F for sanitary rinse eliminating the need for an external booster. Operators will never accidentally remove items that have not been rinsed properly thanks to the “Wash Safe Control” green light.

This unit features the CLEAR BLUE filtering system which provides cleaner wash water with higher active detergent. This makes sure that washing performance is maintained while minimizing running costs. A ZERO LIME device makes sure that scales are completely removed from the hydraulic circuits and washing chamber which lowers the energy consumption. The built-in Energy Saving Device (ESD) in this unit transfers heat captured within the device to incoming cold water before entering the booster to save as much energy as possible.

The Electrolux Professional 504280 (EHT8IELG8) Dishwasher comes with two (2) yellow cutlery containers, one (1) yellow basket for 18 dinner plates and one (1) blue basket for 48 small cups or 24 large cups. Additional baskets can be ordered separately to meet your requirements.

The overall dimensions of this unit are 29-⅝” in width, 29-¾” front-to-back, and 89-½” in height. This unit uses 208v/60/3-ph power and uses 28.0 amps at full load. This dishwasher can be configured to operate in a corner or for straight-thru use.
