The Electrolux Professional 504262 (EHT8ILG4) Dishwasher is designed to wash up to 1,134 dishes or 63 racks per hour. 

The programming of this Commercial Dishwasher’s sophisticated electronic controls makes operation simple. The self-diagnostics allows operators to easily service and troubleshoot the unit should anything go wrong. To keep the interior perpetually clean and ready to be loaded for service, an automatic rinse-down cycle keeps everything sanitary. Three timed wash cycles of various lengths allow operators to choose the most efficient cycle necessary based on the conditions of the loaded items. The wash cycles are 57 seconds, 1-2/5 minutes, and 2-1/2 minutes in length. To wash delicate items a soft start system can be used to avoid damage.

When rinsing is complete the sloped ceiling and the wash arms made from stainless steel in this unit prevent water with detergent from dripping onto freshly cleaned dishes. The 6.4-gallon wash tank features seamless welding to eliminate dirt traps.

This unit is extremely efficient and only consumes ½ a gallon of water to wash 1 rack. To make sure that dishes are washed and rinsed at the proper temperatures a temperature interlock system is included. To bring cold water entering the unit to 180°F an atmospheric booster is built into this dishwasher. A wash load will never be removed by operators prematurely thanks to the green light “Wash Safe Control” system.

The CLEAR BLUE filter system in this unit allows for wash water to be cleaner with higher active detergent. This maintains washing performance while lowering running costs. To prevent water scale buildup in the wash chamber and hydraulic lines, a ZERO LIME device is installed into the dishwasher. To fully utilize heat within the dishwasher, an ESD (Energy Saving Device) preheats water before it enters the atmospheric booster.

The built-in Energy Saving Device (ESD) in this unit transfers heat captured within the device to incoming cold water before entering the booster to save as much energy as possible.

This dishwasher ships with a yellow basket that holds 18 dinner plates, a blue basket for glassware capable of holding 24 large cups or 48 small cups, and two yellow containers for holding cutlery. If you require additional baskets or cutlery containers they can be ordered separately.

This unit is wired to use 240v/60/3-ph power and requires 24.0 amps of current.
