The Electrolux Professional 391204 (E9PCEH2MF2) Pasta Cooker is a dual basin electrical unit with 10.5-gallon basins. This Commercial Pasta Cooker is designed for high output and each basin is capable of producing 66 lbs of product per hour for a total capacity of 132 lbs per hour.

Continuous water filling for both basins is regulated through manual water taps. Water is heated with infrared heating systems below the basins. An automatic low-water shutoff system prevents the unit from running when there isn’t enough water to prevent the unit from being damaged.

The water basins are made from 316L stainless steel and include built-in drip zones where baskets can be placed for draining. The unit features automatic starch removal that maintains the quality of water over time while cooking. Aside from cooking pasta, this unit is great for cooking all sorts of noodles, rice, vegetables, and dumplings.

The external construction of this pasta cooker consists of high-quality stainless steel and a Scotch Brite finish. The unit stands on 2” long height adjustable legs to make sure it stands level on uneven flooring. The overall external dimensions of the unit are 31-½” in width, 35-13/32” front-to-back, and 35-13/32” in height. This unit uses 208v/60/3-ph and produces 20 kW.
