The Electrolux Professional 391202 (E9PCGH2MF2) Pasta Cooker features two gas-heated basins each capable of holding 10.6 gallons with a total rated output of 106,000 BTU/hr. Each basin can produce up to 66 lbs of food every hour allowing for a total of 132 lbs of production capacity every hour.

This Commercial Pasta Cooker has a simple to operate control panel that includes gas cocks and piezo ignition systems for each basin. Thermocouples in each basin are included for enhanced safety. Continuous water filling is regulated with a water tap that is manually operated. 316L stainless steel was chosen for the water basins for its resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. Built-in drip zones allow baskets to drained into the basins. To maintain the water quality of the cooking water an automatic system removes starch. This pasta cooker is also capable of cooking a myriad of other foods including dumplings, vegetables, a wide assortment of noodles, and rice.

The external panels of this device are made from high-quality stainless steel with a classy Scotch Brite finish that is easy to clean and will maintain its looks for the lifetime of your establishment. 2 inch long legs are included, they can be adjusted for height to make sure the unit stands level. This pasta cooker can be ordered with plumbing for natural gas or liquid propane configurations. For enhanced safety all units ship with a thermocouple device installed.
