The Eagle CLHP-2-NG RedHots Chef's Line Hotplate is a gas countertop unit that measures 12" wide. It features two 25,000 BTU star burners, HD cast iron grates, 45 angled manual controls, and a full-size polished stainless steel drip pan. It also has an aluminized steel base, a bullnosed edge, and 4-5" adjustable cast metal legs with flanged feet. (50,000 BTU, NSF, cULus)
