This unit is solidly built and easy to maintain with the stainless steel construction that runs the front and interior all the way to the outer sides and front. With two (2) full-height doors on each side of the unit, you can place it conveniently between the food handling station and the food prep or cooking area to maximize productivity and speed up your operation!

You can input commands, check and set temperatures, and carry out essential tasks from the easyTouch color screen. This unit saves you more on labor costs by allowing connectivity to a smart device so the unit can be monitored remotely!

A 1" tall stainless steel ramp allows users to roll the racks in or out with ease. The doors auto-close below 90 degrees so the products inside never lose freshness. They stay open past 90 degrees to facilitate safe and convenient retrieval of multiple racks. LED interior lighting illuminates the massive interior so your employees know exactly where to get what they need.

High-density polyurethane keeps the structure solid while the easy-to-remove gasket seals the doors and cabinet to keep the cold air inside and the hot air out. The entire top-mounted refrigeration system can be easily detached as a single piece so you can make the most of each service call.

This Delfield commercial roll-thru refrigerator stays between 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. If it goes beyond that ideal range, a visual notification is shown to help operators to act promptly. It also has electronic temperature control that reduces compressor cycling. An adaptive defrost detects when the evaporator needs some de-icing. The hot gas system facilitates energy-efficient condensate removal. The  0.38 hp compressor is working with an R290 refrigerant that has zero ozone layer impact to ensure your operation remains environment-friendly.

The GARRT2P-S Specification Line® two-section roll-thru refrigerator is NSF and cULus approved. It is rated at 6.5 amps and uses 115v/60/1-ph electrical connection. 10' cord, NEMA 5-15P plug, and 5" locking casters all included.
