The high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane and easy-to-remove door gasket keep the unit structurally sound. The refrigeration system is installed as a single piece at the top of the cabinet so it is easier to service. This unit maintains a temperature of 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum product safety and freshness. If it gets too hot or low for your products, visual alarms are triggered so you can address the issue immediately.

The easyTouch color touchscreen display removes the complexities in maintaining and operating the unit by making all necessary functions available to you with a single tap! You can also connect a smart device via a downloadable app so you can check on the unit even when you’re out of the kitchen!
