Kettle/Cabinet Assembly, direct-steam, 48" W cabinet base, with one 6-gallon & one 12 gallon kettle, low cabinet height, stainless steel kettles, top, front & sides, lift-off covers, double pantry faucet, sliding drain pan with splash shield, 316 stainless steel liner, factory installed steam control kits
Standard Features:
- 50 psi Steam Jacket Rating
- Manual Tilting, Balanced Design
- 50 psi Chrome Plated Saftey Valve
- Typical approvals include NSF and ASME
- Hot and Cold Water Faucet with Swing Spout
- Kettles are 2/3 Steam Jacketed and include Lift-Off Covers
