Users can easily manage and monitor the settings via the top-mounted Prodigy HMI display. Visual guidance is provided by a user-friendly touch interface for operation and cleaning. To keep the unit running optimally the control system will let users know when proactive maintenance tasks are needed and if the unit runs into an error the self-diagnostics will quickly identify the issue and recommend the necessary repairs.

To keep users safe door safety switches come standard. The doors open to 180° providing easy access. The washer is constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel to stand up to the rigors of daily use.

Racks move through the system through a perpetual rack advance system featuring an intuitive jam alert to prevent damage. 18” x 26” sheet pans fit without any issue thanks to the unit’s 20” of vertical clearance. Racks are positioned automatically into the optimal wash zone inside the wash chamber for the best results.

The electrically-heated wash and power rinse tanks have 17 gallons of capacity and an electric booster maintains the temperature of rinse water to provide ideal sanitation. To efficiently use rinse water, this unit uses a proportional rinse system that relies on digital pattern cloning to deliver optimal coverage.

To maintain high pressure for the best results this washer uses a 2 HP pump motor with a stainless steel impeller. To prevent the pump from running unnecessarily, this unit has the energy sentinel system.
