This high-volume brewer with a large 5.5-gallon tank and twin brewing heads offers all the versatility you need to brew coffee and tea. There is a dedicated stainless steel funnel for coffee and a plastic funnel for tea complete with a tea dilution nozzle and software. The dilution feature also allows you to make iced coffee, making it even more flexible.

This 6kW commercial tea/coffee brewer lets you manipulate parts of the brewing process to achieve the optimal flavor and quality. You can control the digital temperature and cold brew lockout and utilize pre-infusion and pulse brew functions for precise coffee extraction. The spray head features the SmartWAVE technology that increases the turbulence in the brew funnel to make sure limescale doesn't build up but also extends the coffee and water contact time for superior flavor.

The 4.3" color touchscreen comes with a QWERTY keypad that can be configured for English, Spanish, ad French so you can input and customize recipes and brewing options with ease. It can also display 10 screensaver images to advertise or promote products. The unit also allows you to connect a USB storage drive to upload and download recipes as well as software updates. To keep energy costs down, the unit lowers the tank temperature during idle periods.

This commercial brewer for thermal server brews into 1.5-gallon and 1-gallon BUNN ThermoFresh servers for coffee and TD4T, TDO, and TDO-N dispensers for tea. This commercial brewer is rated at 25 amps and requires a 120/240v/60/1-ph electrical connection.
