This prep table by Blue Air is built with robust stainless steel construction and galvanized steel back and bottom. With cyclopentane insulation, this unit is kept durable and cold at all times! The compressor is located on the rear for easy maintenance access while the evaporator is coated with electrodeposition for improved performance and durability. Plus, it has a rounded corner design that manages to look sleek while also decreasing risks of injury.

The BLMT28-HC Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table comes with three rows of 12 ⅙  and three 1/9 food pans at 4” deep, but this unit can accommodate 6” deep pans so you can refrigerate more in the same space. Pull down the insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider over the food items to protect from spoilage.

With a 9 ½” deep cutting board that provides a sturdy ½” thick work surface directly next to your ingredients, sandwich prep is more streamlined than ever!

The BLMT28-HC Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table has a 7 cu.ft. storage area beneath a solid door where you can store more supply so you never run out of ingredients. The epoxy-coated wire shelf is sturdy and adjustable to support bulkier items. The all-metal door self-closes for safe and convenient restocking and retrieval while the durable, easy-to-replace gasket forms a tight seal. Four 4” dia. swivel casters with front brakes are included for mobility.

The interior is kept at a temperature range of 33-39°F. An R-290 refrigerant not only keeps your operation environment-friendly, but it increases the energy efficiency of the unit by 25% compared to HFC! An innovative hot gas frame heating system decreases condensation for energy-efficient cooling.

It’s very to keep this unit functioning to your standards, thanks to a self-diagnostic digital temperature control and monitor system. Check the clear digital display for the current temperature to verify and adjust accordingly. There is a control for automatic evaporator fan motor delay plus a warning alarm that alerts you when the unit has been left open.
