This three-section unit with 11.3 cubic feet storage capacity is durable, low-maintenance, and spacious, perfect for massive pizza operations or deli businesses looking for a boost in output or speed during rush hours. Everything about this refrigerated prep table is designed for longevity and durability. From the stainless steel cabinet, exterior, and interior, the all-metal doors with handle, to the galvanized steel back and bottom, and epoxy-coated evaporator, these crucial components won't easily rust, dent, or scratch, so the unit always looks good inside and out!
This pizza prep table can accommodate up to six (6) 1/3-size food pans that are 4" or 6" deep so you can fit a wide selection of toppings and ingredients you need for all your menu items. Pull down the insulated pan cover to protect the ingredients during slow hours of the day. A 19" deep side rail cutting board provides a smooth, spacious surface for assembling small to extra large pizzas! A side rail cutting board bracket is used to remove or secure the cutting board.
For smooth workflow, store an additional supply of ingredients in the refrigerated interior. The two (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves are easy to move to find the right height accommodation for your inventory. With two (2) self-closing doors, you won't have to worry about leaving it open during access. Durable gaskets provide a secure seal around the unit but are also easy to remove and replace when needed. A stainless steel divider ensures items at the top don't spill onto the base storage area.
Operating at 33-39°F where your ingredients are safest, this unit features fans that force cold air into the enclosed drop-in section, so the food is kept chilled at all times. This prep table is insulated with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane, creating a solid structure that ensures excellent temperature retention. With an environmentally-friendly R-290 refrigerant cooling the items, this pizza prep table is more efficient than standard models.
This unit can fit comfortably in a narrow space and won't even need to be moved during service, thanks to the front-breathing side-mounted 3/8 HP compressor. Four (4) 4" swivel casters with two (2) front brakes and a sliding condensing unit allow for easy cleaning.
