Aside from providing 14.39] cu. ft. of refrigerated storage, this unit has a purpose-built stainless steel worktop reinforced with foamed-in-place insulation specifically designed for use in a commercial environment.

Self-closing stainless steel doors provide convenient access to items in the freezer sections while minimizing power draw. Each reach-in section comes with two wire shelves featuring epoxy-coating for durability. To make accessing multiple items as simple as possible the doors can be opened to 120˚ to keep them open allowing users to use both hands. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure that an airtight seal is maintained.

At the base of this worktop freezer, the self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling with a ½ HP compressor that produces 1868 BTU/hr of cooling. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this unit makes sure efficient cooling is provided in a reliable manner for many years with minimal service. Full electric control will keep the temperature below 0ºF while consuming as little power as possible. To keep the refrigeration system running as efficiently as possible while minimizing downtime an automatic electric defrost cycle is used by this unit. R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is used for efficient cooling with reduced negative effects on the environment.

To make cleaning and maintenance simple 6” casters are included, the front casters are locking to provide a stable platform when in use. The unit is prewired from the factory with an eight-foot power cord that terminates in a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect to a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 7.0 amps.
