The interior of the reach-in section is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum which is easy to clean and maintain. Food items are organized with two heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves. The sturdy stainless steel door features an easy to grasp painted aluminum handle providing easy access to users. The door has a self-closing feature to prevent it from being left ajar and a 120º stay open feature for easy access with both hands. A plug-in magnetic door gasket ensures a positive seal to save on power costs.

At the base of this freezer, the self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling with a ¼ HP compressor that produces 857 BTU/hr of cooling. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this unit makes sure efficient cooling is provided in a reliable manner for many years with minimal service. Fully electric controls will keep the temperature below 0ºF while consuming as little power as possible. An electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the refrigerator system running efficiently and reliably without downtime. Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used by this unit to meet all environmental regulations.

This worktop comes on 6” casters by default but can also be ordered with 6” legs or 3” casters at no extra cost. Connecting it to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet is simple with the factory wired 8’ power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug set.
