This model has a 3-gallon reservoir that is manually filled to produce steam. The patent-pending SVT (Steam Vector Technology) developed by Accutemp is a simple system that evenly applies steam onto each pan and around the cavity without using any moving parts. And according to Murphy’s Law, that means fewer things that can go wrong. The SVT relies on a steam collector and distributor panels, which are removable and dishwasher safe for easy maintenance. The water used in this steamer does not need to be treated or filtered in any way. The easy to clean control panel features digital controls and a digital temperature display. This interface is easy to use and includes an independent digital electronic timer that includes a programmable preset.
