Coffee Airpots

Airpots are simple insulated thermal vessels designed for storing hot beverages like coffee and tea. Instead of having a faucet for serving, airpots use a manual pump at the top of the vessel to force air down into the storage chamber which then forces liquid through a stem and out of the spout at the top.

The simple mechanism that these devices use wears much less than faucets found in typical large dispensers and will never leak or drip from repeated use. The lack of a faucet also eliminates the need for a hole to be made through the insulation layer during manufacturing which keeps the liquid better insulated. This also means a faucet can’t be damaged from impacts from handling. Airpots can be stored in racks to keep at the ready and deployed when needed.
