Eagle manufactures gas and electric standard-duty countertop griddles with 1 to 3 burners. Gas griddles are accessible with manual controls and thermostatic snap-action controls with and without a pilot safety feature. They generate 31.250 BTU per burner every 12" to ensure uniform heating for efficient cooking. The thermostatic snap-action controlled models have a temperature range of 100 to 450 ℉. The electric griddles have 4000-watt tubular heating components every 12" to cook food consistently. Eagle countertop griddles include an aluminized double wall side, a 45° angle control, chrome knobs, heavy-duty flanged legs, a stainless steel grease drawer, and a welded polished stainless steel griddle plate. They are available in 15", 24", 36", and 48" widths to accommodate all your kitchen demands. CKitchen also supplies Eagle cooking equipment to help your restaurant operate more effectively, including fryers, hot plates, food warmers, and charbroilers.
