The 52.5" wide, 24" deep broiling area can be fully maximized, thanks to the unit’s 10 stainless steel radiants. For long years of reliable use, this commercial charbroiler is fully welded and made with premium-quality plated steel with Bakertone coating for added resistance. 

You’re getting 180,000 BTU from all the 10 burners placed at every 5.25" to cover the entire cooking surface. Each one is independently controlled from the control valves, so you can cook as many products as possible all at once. 

There are a total of 10 cast-iron grates on this commercial charbroiler, all designed to stay hot for longer periods to speed up cooking sessions in between. These grates can also be set to three different slanted positions to manually optimize the heat level for better results. The tall backsplash ensures no oil or liquid splashes onto walls or other equipment to keep your workspace clean and sanitary.

The 2" stainless steel grease drawers and water pans simplify the maintenance process.  The 8" deep lintel plate is a handy work surface that can aid you during your broiling. You’ve got the 1" NPT gas connection on the rea and a pressure regulator for safe cooking.
